Club de Amigos is a non-profit sports association dedicated to children and youth, pioneering sports initiation technology. Its internationally recognized Sports Initiation Center in Buenos Aires has guided over 150,000 young participants in sports.

Club de Amigos focuses on using sports as an educational tool, promoting movement, sports techniques, values, passion, healthy living, coexistence, socialization, environment, and friendship. Unlike other clubs that emphasize high performance, it aims to develop well-rounded individuals. Managed by committed volunteers and specialists, it was named one of Argentina's top workplaces by Great Place to Work in 2009 and 2015.

Given the club's varied weekly activities and schedules throughout the year, the directors required a flexible and easy-to-manage website. Prior to The Flock's involvement, updating images, text, or documents on their site required calling a third-party provider daily due to frequent schedule changes for the club's many sports.

Solution

To address this project, The Flock assembled an agile team that could create a custom solution for the client and work with their design provider.

The new website had a backoffice where the Club's marketing team was able to quickly change texts, images, videos, documents and many more without the need to call anyone. This new solution provided the flexibility the club needed and improved the club's communicaiton with their affiliates.

Results

The newly developed webpage enhanced Club de Amigos' ability to communicate updates swiftly, eliminated the need for third-party services, and significantly increased affiliate engagement. The old static site was transformed into a dynamic, self-managed platform.
