A Progressive Web App (PWA) was developed featuring an interface system that utilizes OpenAI as the response engine. The system operates with a learning base that emulates the profile of the founder, combined with a dynamic prompt system that adjusts response instructions based on the tone of the conversation
Each comment is analyzed by another AI that continuously evaluates the individual's emotional state. In the community section, the AI enhances the visibility of forum messages from people experiencing similar situations, fostering a supportive environment
Results
The project was a tremendous success. Today, CUX has 20,000 organic users who use the app daily. CUX not only enhances the general well-being of participants but also provides them with strategies to manage adverse situations, promoting a more constructive and compassionate approach to oneself during difficult times
