For the DiversityOn project, L2M aimed to develop a mobile-first web app enabling their clients' employees to learn about diversity and inclusion through gamification. The platform needed to feature three distinct game structures, a content library, and a progress tracking system. All of these components had to be connected to a backend system that allowed for easy updates to questions, access to game results, and user metrics. The project needed to be user-friendly to maximize engagement while also being cost-effective and easy to maintain.
Solution
To address these complexities, The Flock assembled a dedicated team to simultaneously work on the game and avatar design and development. Led by a Project Manager, who served as the primary point of contact for the client, the team focused on gathering continuous feedback to ensure alignment with the client's vision and requirements.
By using agile methodologies, the client received continuous deliveries and had regular opportunities to provide feedback, ensuring the team remained aligned with their needs.
Results
The project not only surpassed the client's expectations in terms of both timeline and quality but also enabled them to present their offerings to some of their clients ahead of schedule. This success led to the first clients of DiversityOn being onboarded sooner than anticipated. The outstanding results of this initial project paved the way for The Flock to secure a second project with L2M, further solidifying a strong and successful partnership
